- Arrive 3:00PM we take floor right after school
- Bring practice gear from last year
- If you were not on the team last year, bring athletic attire and dark and light shirt

We will discuss teams with the players prior to the end of tryouts

- Early to every practice unless family emergency or staying after school for academic reasons. Players are responsible to communicate with coaches any issues or changes to their schedule if for emergency or academic reasons.
- Wear practice gear to all practices (shorts and jersey). If you do not have practice gear from last year you will need to purchase practice gear at the start of the year.
- No family vacations during the season.
- Attend all practices, meetings, and pre-game meals on time and ready to contribute.
- If suspended from school, you are suspended from the team.
- If injured, you are asked to continue to come to practice and be supportive.
- No talking while coaches are talking.
- No Swearing or other foul language.
- Support teammates DO NOT tear them down.
- Good sportsmanship with other teams.
- No trash talking
- Carry your COIN with you whenever not at practice
- Work hard in practice
- Participate in both Varsity retreat and Christmas break trip.
- Sacrifice for teammates. DO NOT Play selfishly.
Those not willing to hold them to this high standard should consider JV or C team.

- WHEN:: The last home game of every week
- WHAT: celebrate, win or lose, talk about life lessons, eat cookies brought by parents. See who wins the Assist Chain, Hard Hat, and Grit awards that week
- WHO: Parents, Friends of the Program, players
- WHY: to build community, spotlight the players, talk about life and life lessons, remember what sports are about
Please join us, bring snacks/cookies for the players, and let's celebrate together the opportunities the Lord has given us!
