2024 Christmas Break Trip

Timing
- All varsity athletes will meet at Paine Field Airport in Everett on December 26th.
- The flight leaves at 7:00AM. Please make arrangements to arrive at least 1.5 HOURS early at the minimum. Flight AS2220
- We will return to Paine field and parents are asked to pick up athletes. Our flight leaves Santa Ana Airport (John Wayne Orange County) on December 31st at 7:59PM and arrives at Paine Field at 10:58PM. Flight AS2116
- We are flying Alaska Airlines
Activities
- Games: We will play 2 games while at Samueli Academy against Samueli Academy (Max Preps) and Savannah High School (Max Preps)
- Activities: We will be participating in activities as a team while in CA both around the area and at Disneyland. We are targeting time in the park as well as potentially a college game. We may also practice while there at Samueli Academy.
- Accommodations: Cost includes accommodations at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Garden Grove (Thursday the 26th through Sunday the 29th) and Disneyland Hotel, Park admission, games, etc. Please bring spending money for food. We have a daily breakfast provided at Hamton Inn & Suites Anaheim Garden Grove but not the Disneyland Hotel.
- Ground Transportation: is provided to games, airport and Theme Parks
- Athletes will need to bring enough money to purchase additional meals.
- We estimate the cost per player to be approximately $1,000 (not including meal money) for those that do NOT participate in fundraising efforts. This will be assessed to your school account.
- It is our goal to cover ALL COSTS except the meal money through fundraising.
- If you prefer to NOT participate in fundraising, we can accept a check for the cost of the trip.
- If you would like to make a donation to the program to help cover athlete costs, please talk with Coach Kirkpatrick or Coach Broman.
- Our last fundraiser is on the web site through the schoolfundr.org email system.
